An integral part of Dee Street’s mission is to contribute to a world where all women are thriving. This means experiencing wellbeing, vitality, purpose and confidence on the regular.

We support women to access these states by connecting to our creative and sexual energy through dance.

In this workshop Sarah Dee will lead you in sexy, sassy movements from Dancehall, Hip Hop and Booty dance styles including some new moves recently learned from incredible teachers in New York City. You’ll learn a fun routine and about the cultures and contexts, these moves originated from.

The moves will open up the hips, shake every ounce of flesh and fat, flow through the spine and get your beautiful booty bouncing with joy.

You’ll also be led through a sensual yoga sequence including a Tantric breathwork technique designed to connect you to your powerful and precious sexual and creative energy.

After the physical component of the workshop, we’ll provide an afternoon tea and Sarah will facilitate a discussion about expressions of sexuality in dance and in life.

This workshop is an open level for all women to enjoy.
