Drills & Yoga casual classes

Have you heard about our Sunday arvo dance & yoga sessions?

It's an hour of following moves and cool combos at a fast - ish pace (which you can do as fast - ish or not as you like!) aimed at all levels of dance experience - no learning or remembering choreography required!

You can use this super fun sesh to sweat and exercise, laugh and have fun or practice and really hone and add detail to your moves or just come and check out the Dee street vibes. OR all of the above!

After an hour of dance power, we stretch it out for a 30 minute dance specific yoga class. You'll stretch out all the muscles you just used and do some grounding and relaxing to finish.

We send you out into the world feeling both energised and relaxed for your week ahead.

This class combo is running at our Carlton studio for the next 4 weeks from 4 - 5.30pm and is now available to purchase as a 3 class pass or casually!
