Bring your Baby dance class with Bianca

Service Description

This is a dance class for women who have babies from 3 – 18 months old. The focus is on you, we are not dancing with the babies, they will be safe on the floor or in your arms as we dance. We will spend time focusing on pelvic floor exercises and muscle activation to increase overall movement functionality, nourishing and easy to follow dance moves that will help you to feel grounded, energised and get back in your body and targeted stretching that will relax and ground you. These classes are led by our team members who are mums so they know exactly what it’s like to have babies and everything that goes with this time of adapting to your relationship to your baby, your body and your sense of self.

Cancellation Policy

Dee Street course modules and workshops are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds of any kind unless a course is cancelled by us. It is possible to defer your course to the next (immediately following course), provided you notify us in writing no less than 3 days before your course commences. Please email sarah@deestreet.com.au In the case of injury preventing participation in the course, the purchaser will receive a credit to their Dee Street account, prorated and based on how much of the course remains. This credit may be used for future Dee Street courses. Dee Street course modules and workshops are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend you cannot on-sell your course to someone else. We have systems for wait lists in place. All changes must go through Dee Street by emailing sarah@deestreet.com.au and incur an administration fee of $20. Thanks for understanding. xo
